By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Takbo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Using Takbo

Takbo is a GPS running tracker that allows you to record your runs, view routes on a map, monitor distance, pace, duration, and review your activity history.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you choose to create or share.

Running activities and GPS data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data if desired.

2. Activity Data

Takbo stores your running activities, GPS routes, distance, pace, duration, and related statistics locally on your device.

If you uninstall the App, your locally stored activity data will be permanently deleted unless you have created your own backup.

3. Advertising

The free version of Takbo may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Advertisements are subject to Google's advertising policies and privacy practices.

4. Intellectual Property

Takbo, including its design, branding, source code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Roger Molas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Health Disclaimer

Takbo is intended as a fitness tracking tool and is not a medical device or healthcare service. The information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program if you have concerns about your health.

6. GPS Accuracy

GPS accuracy depends on your device, satellite reception, environmental conditions, and your operating system. Takbo does not guarantee that recorded distances, routes, pace, or location data will always be accurate or uninterrupted.

7. Disclaimer

Takbo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roger Molas and Takbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Takbo after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
