Takbo ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Takbo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Your Data, Your Control

Takbo is designed with privacy in mind. Your running activities, GPS routes, maps, distance, pace, duration, and other activity data are stored locally on your device.

Takbo does not require you to create an account and does not upload your activity data or GPS routes to our servers.

If you choose to share an activity image using your device's built-in sharing features, only the content you choose to share is shared through the selected application.

2. Information We Collect

To improve the quality, reliability, and performance of Takbo, we may collect limited technical information, including:

• Anonymous app usage analytics.
• Device model and operating system version.
• Application version.
• Language and region settings.

Takbo does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, payment information, or the contents of your running activities.

3. Permissions

Takbo may request the following permissions to provide its features:

• Location — Track your running route and calculate distance and pace.
• Camera — Capture a background image for activity sharing.
• Photo Library — Select images for activity sharing and save activity images to your device.

These permissions are used only to provide the requested functionality and can be managed at any time through your device settings.

4. Analytics

Takbo uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its features and overall user experience.

Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage information such as feature usage, app version, device type, and operating system version. This information does not identify you personally and is not used to track your running activities or GPS routes.

5. Advertising

The free version of Takbo may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and usage information to display and measure advertisements in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertisement data is handled by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices.

6. Third-Party Services

Takbo uses trusted third-party services to provide analytics and advertising.

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google AdMob
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Data Sharing

Takbo does not sell or share your personal information.

Your running activities, GPS routes, pace, distance, and other activity data remain stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share an activity using your device's sharing features.

8. Data Storage

All running activities are stored locally on your device.

If you uninstall Takbo, all locally stored activity data will be permanently deleted unless you have created your own backup.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since your running data remains on your device, you maintain control over your activity history and GPS routes.

10. Children's Privacy

Takbo is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Takbo after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
