By downloading, installing, accessing, or using QRNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Using QRNest

QRNest allows you to scan, create, customize, organize, and securely store QR codes on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the content you create, save, or share using QRNest.

2. Premium Subscription

QRNest offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and provide an ad-free experience.

Subscription purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are billed according to the terms of your selected plan and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments and in-app purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.

3. Advertising

The free version of QRNest may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. Users with an active Premium subscription will enjoy an ad-free experience.

4. Intellectual Property

QRNest, including its design, branding, source code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Roger Molas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer

QRNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roger Molas and QRNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of QRNest after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
