QRNest ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using QRNest, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Your Data, Your Control

QRNest is designed with privacy in mind. Your QR codes, folders, favorites, and other content remain stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them using your device's built-in sharing features.

QRNest does not upload your QR code content to our servers and does not require you to create an account to use the App.

2. Information We Collect

To improve the quality, reliability, and performance of QRNest, we may collect limited technical information, including:

• Anonymous usage analytics.
• Crash reports and diagnostic information.
• Device model and operating system version.
• Application version and language settings.
• Subscription status required to enable Premium features.

QRNest does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, or payment information unless you voluntarily contact us for support.

3. Permissions

QRNest may request the following permissions to provide its features:

• Camera — Scan QR codes.
• Photo Library — Import QR codes from images and save generated QR codes.
• Face ID / Passcode — Secure access to your QR vault.

Face ID and device passcodes are managed entirely by your device's operating system. QRNest does not access, collect, or store your biometric information.

4. Analytics & Diagnostics

QRNest uses Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and to improve the overall user experience.

QRNest also uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information that helps identify and resolve application issues.

The information collected through these services may include device information, operating system version, app version, anonymous usage events, and crash logs.

5. Advertising

The free version of QRNest may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and usage information to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Users with an active Premium subscription receive an ad-free experience.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. QRNest does not collect or store your payment information.

We receive only the subscription status necessary to determine whether Premium features should be enabled.

7. Third-Party Services

QRNest uses trusted third-party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and subscription verification.

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Sharing

QRNest does not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers that help operate and improve the App, including analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and subscription verification services.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your QR content remains stored locally on your device, while any analytics or diagnostic information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption where applicable.

10. Children's Privacy

QRNest is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of QRNest after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
