By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DayCue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Using DayCue

DayCue is a personal productivity application designed to help you organize and understand your daily agenda.

The App may allow you to create and manage tasks, view calendar events, schedule alarms, review daily priorities, and interact with AI-powered agenda features.

You agree to use DayCue only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the information, tasks, reminders, and other content you create, enter, or manage using DayCue.

2. Calendar, Tasks, and Alarms

DayCue may provide tools for managing tasks and alarms and for viewing information from your device's calendar.

You are responsible for reviewing your tasks, calendar events, and alarms and ensuring that the information and schedules you rely on are accurate.

DayCue is intended as a productivity and organizational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of remembering critical, emergency, medical, safety, or time-sensitive information.

3. Apple Intelligence and AI Features

DayCue includes AI-powered features designed to help you understand and organize your agenda.

DayCue may use Apple Intelligence and large language model technology to analyze information relevant to your agenda and generate responses to your questions.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it, particularly when making important decisions.

DayCue does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or reflect every item in your agenda.

4. AI Processing and Availability

The availability and behavior of DayCue's AI features may depend on your device, operating system version, Apple Intelligence availability, language support, and other technical requirements.

Some AI features may require processing capabilities or services that are not available in every situation, including certain offline situations.

We do not guarantee that AI features will be available at all times or on every supported device.

5. Siri and App Shortcuts

DayCue supports Siri and App Shortcuts for supported actions and features.

Siri and Shortcuts may allow you to create, view, complete, or manage supported DayCue items using voice commands or automation.

You are responsible for reviewing actions initiated through Siri, Shortcuts, or other automations before relying on them.

Siri and Apple's Shortcuts functionality are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Widgets

DayCue provides widgets that may display information from your daily agenda, including priorities and other relevant information.

Widget information may not update immediately and may depend on Apple's WidgetKit scheduling and system behavior.

You should open the DayCue App to verify current information when accuracy or timeliness is important.

7. Notifications and Alarms

DayCue may use Apple's notification and alarm technologies to provide reminders and scheduled alerts.

Delivery of notifications or alarms may be affected by device settings, Focus modes, system restrictions, power conditions, operating system behavior, or other factors outside of DayCue's control.

DayCue does not guarantee that every notification or alarm will be delivered at a particular time or under every circumstance.

8. Permissions

Certain DayCue features require access to system services and permissions that you may choose to grant or deny.

These may include access to:

• Calendar events.
• Notifications.
• Alarms and system scheduling features.

If you deny a permission, some DayCue features may not be available or may operate with limited functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

DayCue, including its design, branding, source code, graphics, logos, interface, and original content, is owned by Roger Molas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

DayCue may rely on Apple frameworks and services to provide certain features, including Apple Intelligence, Siri, App Shortcuts, Calendar integration, alarms, notifications, widgets, and other system functionality.

Third-party services are provided by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

DayCue is not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations, or failures of third-party services that are outside our control.

11. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of DayCue at any time.

Features may change as DayCue evolves and as Apple updates its operating systems, frameworks, and services.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

12. Disclaimer

DayCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

DayCue does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other specialized advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roger Molas and DayCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from missed reminders, missed notifications, inaccurate AI-generated information, scheduling errors, or interruptions caused by device or third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of DayCue after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
