DayCue ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use DayCue.

DayCue is designed to help you organize your daily agenda by bringing together tasks, calendar events, alarms, and priorities in one place.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DayCue, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Your Data, Your Control

DayCue is designed with privacy in mind. Your tasks, alarms, and other DayCue content are stored locally on your device unless a feature requires information to be processed by an external service or you explicitly choose to share information.

DayCue does not require you to create an account to use the core features of the App.

DayCue does not sell your personal information.

2. Information DayCue Uses

To provide its features, DayCue may access information that you choose to make available to the App, including:

• Tasks and task details.
• Calendar events and schedules.
• Alarms and scheduled reminders.
• Your DayCue display name, if you provide one.
• App settings and preferences.

This information is used to build your daily agenda, display your priorities, provide reminders, and answer questions about your schedule.

3. Calendar Access

DayCue may request access to your calendar so that it can display your calendar events alongside your tasks and alarms.

Calendar information is used only to provide DayCue's agenda and productivity features.

DayCue does not modify or delete your calendar events unless you explicitly use a feature that performs such an action.

You can control calendar access at any time through your device's privacy settings.

4. Tasks and Alarms

Tasks and alarms created in DayCue are stored locally on your device and are used to organize your daily agenda.

Alarm functionality may use Apple's system alarm and notification technologies to deliver scheduled alerts.

DayCue does not need access to your contacts, messages, photos, or other unrelated personal content to provide its core agenda features.

5. Apple Intelligence and AI Features

DayCue uses Apple Intelligence and large language model technology to provide intelligent agenda assistance.

When you ask DayCue a question, the App may use relevant information from your agenda, such as tasks, calendar events, alarms, dates, and schedules, to generate a response.

DayCue uses this information to help answer questions such as:

• What should I focus on today?
• What do I have scheduled this afternoon?
• What are my priorities today?
• What's coming up this week?

AI processing may depend on the Apple Intelligence and language model capabilities available on your device and the configuration supported by Apple.

DayCue does not use your agenda information for advertising or sell your agenda data to third parties.

6. Siri and App Shortcuts

DayCue supports Siri and App Shortcuts to provide convenient ways to interact with supported DayCue features using voice commands and the Shortcuts app.

Depending on the shortcut you use, Siri or Shortcuts may provide information to DayCue necessary to perform the requested action.

DayCue only processes the information necessary to perform the requested shortcut or action.

Siri and Apple's Shortcuts features are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy practices and terms.

7. Widgets

DayCue provides Home Screen and widget support so you can view your daily priorities without opening the App.

Relevant DayCue agenda information may be stored in an Apple App Group shared container so that the DayCue widget can display your latest agenda information.

This shared information is used solely to provide DayCue's widget functionality.

8. Offline Use

DayCue is designed to provide access to locally stored agenda information without requiring an internet connection.

Core features that rely on locally stored data may continue to work while your device is offline.

AI-powered features may require capabilities or processing services that are not available in every offline situation.

9. Diagnostics and Technical Information

DayCue may collect limited technical or diagnostic information when provided through Apple's platform services or other services used by the App.

Such information may include:

• Device model.
• Operating system version.
• Application version.
• Crash and diagnostic information.
• Anonymous technical information required to improve reliability.

We use this information to identify technical issues, improve reliability, and maintain the App.

10. Permissions

DayCue may request the following permissions depending on the features you choose to use:

• Calendar — Access calendar events so they can be included in your daily agenda.
• Notifications — Deliver reminders and notifications related to DayCue features.
• Alarms — Schedule and manage system alarms where supported.

You can manage these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.

11. Data Sharing

DayCue does not sell your personal information.

DayCue does not share your tasks, calendar events, alarms, or agenda information with advertisers.

Information may be processed by Apple services when required to provide Apple platform features, including Apple Intelligence, Siri, notifications, and other system functionality.

12. Third-Party Services

DayCue may rely on Apple system frameworks and services to provide functionality such as Apple Intelligence, Siri, App Shortcuts, Calendar access, alarms, notifications, and widgets.

These Apple services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

13. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information used by DayCue.

Data stored locally by DayCue is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the operating system and the device.

Information transmitted by Apple or other platform services is handled according to the security and privacy practices of those services.

14. Children's Privacy

DayCue is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of DayCue after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
