By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BudgetNest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Using BudgetNest

BudgetNest is a personal finance application that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, monitor spending, and organize your financial information.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter into the App.

2. Premium Subscription

BudgetNest offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove advertisements from the App.

Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees and in-app purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests must be made directly through the platform where the purchase was completed.

3. Advertisements

The free version of BudgetNest may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Users with an active Premium subscription will receive an ad-free experience.

4. Data & Backups

BudgetNest stores your financial records locally on your device unless optional backup or synchronization features are introduced and enabled by you.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your information. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost or deleted data.

5. Intellectual Property

BudgetNest, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, source code, and other content, is owned by Roger Molas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the App except where expressly permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer

BudgetNest is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The App is intended to assist with personal budgeting and expense tracking. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roger Molas and BudgetNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or financial information arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of BudgetNest after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
