By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BCNest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the App.

1. Use of the App

BCNest allows you to create digital business cards, customize their appearance, share them using QR codes, and manage your professional contacts.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for the information you create, store, and share through the App.

2. Local Data Storage

BCNest stores your business cards, contacts, preferences, and other app data locally on your device.

We do not provide cloud storage or maintain servers that store your personal information. If you delete the App, your locally stored data may also be removed unless you have created your own backup.

3. Intellectual Property

BCNest, including its name, branding, design, graphics, source code, and other content, is the property of Roger Molas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Disclaimer

BCNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roger Molas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, BCNest.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of BCNest after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
