BCNest requests access to your device's camera only for scanning QR codes that contain digital business card information.
The camera is never used to collect images or videos for our servers.
BCNest is designed to operate primarily offline. All business cards, contacts, and application data are stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important information. Deleting the application or clearing its data will permanently remove all stored content.
BCNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we strive to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCNest and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or interruption of business resulting from the use of the App.
BCNest, its name, branding, logos, graphics, user interface, and software are the intellectual property of BriskLabs unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the application without prior written permission.
Business cards may contain links to external websites or social media profiles. BCNest is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of BCNest at any time without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of BCNest after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
